Industrial Maintenance Technicians are responsible for troubleshooting and repair of industrial controls, AC/DC drives and PLCs. In addition, MTs perform electrical, mechanical, pipefitting, welding, etc. to keep machines operating and observe machines to determine efficiency and detect problems.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Completes preventative, predictive, and reactive industrial maintenance throughout the facility
Operates standard maintenance tools such as power tools, basic hand tools, electric tools, precision maintenance tools, preventative maintenance technology tools, etc.
Removes motors and other equipment components and prepares for repair.
Makes minor repairs and alterations to building.
Repairs electrical and electronic components.
Records machine maintenance information.
Sets up and operates machinery and adjusts controls to regulate operations.
Reads work orders and specifications.
Maintains good housekeeping in the area using 5S tools.
Performs other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

AM I A GOOD CANDIDATE?

Associate's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Maintenance, or similar field. Equivalent work experience taken into consideration
3-5 years Industrial Maintenance experience
OT required (evenings and weekends)

Rate of pay is $34.20 per hour plus a shift differential of $.50 per hour for all hours worked between 4pm and 8am on Saturday and Sunday and $.30 per hour for hours worked between 4pm and 8am Monday through Friday
