Spectrum Design is currently seeking a Civil Engineer for our downtown Roanoke, Virginia office.  Must have 2 years work experience minimum.  Proficiency in AutoCAD/Civil 3D, Va. Stormwater Regulations and Storm Drainage Calculations required.  Desired experience to include civil design in commercial and industrial development, utility design, parking & roadway design, recreational design, educational design, site master planning.
