We are seeking a Mechanical Engineer who is experienced in using engineering techniques, principles, and procedures to ensure we continue to produce the highest quality tires guaranteed to our customers. The candidate will work as part of a strong Mechanical Engineering team on projects, equipment, and processes throughout the entire industrial manufacturing facility.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, budget, schedule, implement, evaluate, and compile proper documentation for capital and other projects to modify existing equipment or for new machine installations.
• Develop and implement capital plans.
• Analyze equipment and cost of alternatives to create cost effective solutions.
• Maintain schedules and budgets, procure materials from vendors and oversee quotes.
• Supervise and inspect all installations to ensure equipment meets safety, quality and other required standards and specifications.
• Provide Maintenance Department with appropriate documentation and training on systems and assist with troubleshooting, repairs, and root cause analysis so equipment is maintained to proper operating specifications.
• Interact with Maintenance, Production, and other departments to arrive at the best
designs and solutions.
• Prepare reports, updates, and engineering data related to studies and projects.
• Manage multiple project assignments.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering and at least 2 years mechanical design
experience, required.
• Familiarity with drive systems, material handling, tooling, material specifications,
safety systems, safety specifications, hydraulic, and HVAC systems.
• CAD experience using Autodesk Inventor/AutoCad.
• Strong written communication, oral communication, and organizational skills
• Strong project management skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to work as a team member in fast-paced environment.
• Some overtime may be required (may include nights and weekends).

Production Team Members are responsible for the operation of production equipment according to safety standards, standard operating procedures, in-process control standards and other related standards to ensure product quality with the right quantity and on time delivery.

What are the Major Responsibilities?
• Execute plans based on production schedule optimizing staffing and machine productivity with minimal scrap and FM.
• Monitors and confirms conditions of all safety devices by routine and through safety check sheets to ensure safety of the working environment and takes immediate countermeasure for any unsafe acts and conditions.
• Initiate and facilitate countermeasures for immediate recovery with proper operation while following SOP during any downtime (machine, quality, material shortage, etc.)
• Operates production machine/s according to safety standards, standard operating procedures (SOP), Control Plan, Process Flow and other related standards to ensure product quality.
• Reports any unsafe acts and conditions in the working area.
• Reports possible causes of defective works to avoid recurrence.
• Completes daily report and other check sheets for traceability purposes.
• Reports immediately any machine abnormality to immediate supervisor to avoid longer machine downtime while following all Stop, Call, Wait policies and procedures.
• Maintains proper handling and usage of machine and equipment, tools, support materials, factory supplies and other utilities to maximize efficiency.
• Complies strictly with company rules and regulations.
• Maintains good housekeeping in the area using 5S tools.
• Performs other duties assigned by immediate supervisor.

Primary Purpose:
To provide fast, easy, flexible and friendly service to our customers through the achievement of Food Lion customer service standards. Responsible for assisting the Customer Service Manager and the Assistant Customer Service Manager in maintaining standards according to Front End Standard Practice Manual, maximizing sales through excellent customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities:
 Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service while engaging customers to create a positive shopping experience
 Greet each customer and uses his or her name whenever possible
 Avoid personal conversations with other associates when customers are present
 Ensure store office functions are completed accurately and on time using accounting packets; communicates all cash variances to the Assistant Customer Service Manager
 Maintain knowledge of office procedures including cash reports, register checkups, deposits, Western Union, money orders and Coinstar
 Ensure work station and front end area of the store has a neat and clean presentation
 Maintains proper knowledge of all sales associate register functions and Front End accounting services

 Wear the Food Lion uniform, complete with name badge, when on duty, has a neat and clean appearance while adhering to the Food Lion dress code

 Notify QA of any cleaning issues or maintenance required on front end
 Successfully complete computer based training (CBT) and training aid courses
